If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return policy:

30-Day Return Period

We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

1. Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. It should be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

3. Within 30 Days: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@forestcitysupply.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return. Affix the label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

1. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days, as per your payment provider's policies.

2. Exchange: If you are requesting an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
• Expedited Shipping (Priority Mail, 2nd Day/Next Day Air, etc)
• Refused Packages
• Orders returned by carrier for insufficient/incorrect address
