30-Day Return Period

We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  3. Within 30 Days: The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

  4. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return. Affix the label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  1. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days, as per your payment provider's policies.

  2. Exchange: If you are requesting an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items
