This is the Main Bag component of what is officially known as the FILBE Pack or Marine Corps Pack System. Intended to be combined with a matching frame, shoulder harness assembly and hip belt. Together they make the complete backpack used by Marines to haul up to an incredible 125 lbs. of gear in the field. Our last buy of FILBE Packs were all separated out by component, so now you have a chance to buy each part separately. Replace worn out components of your existing backpack, create your own custom carry solution, or collect all the parts and make your own full-size USMC FILBE.

This is one hell of a surplus store. I found this store on Facebook. When I found out that you could pick up from them we made a special trip down from Michigan. When we arrived we found that the store was locked. When I called to find out if they would be open that day. When we talked to the owners, they said that they were dealing with a family tragedy and would come down to unlock the store. Under no circumstance would I think that they would need to do so. We went to the rock n roll hall of fame. On our way back we saw that they were kind enough to open. Ones inside this place has a great setup. There was everything we wanted and more. All of there surplus is true military surplus. If you have the chance, I would definitely give this place a stop. I would definitely come back down when we need anything.

I bought this backpack for camping and my emergency services training. I was disappointed a bit when I saw that it was bigger than I expected but it will work for what I need it for. The description said that it was in "very good condition" which is an understatement, it is in brand new condition. The pack is amazing for the price and the seller has amazing customer service. The pack shipped very quickly and I consistently got updates from the seller. I will buy from this seller again if I need any more surplus items.

I'm impressed with Forest City. They created the 2 sleeping bags and bivy sacks as very good condition and indeed they are! I have purchased other things from this amazing store and I've not been disappointed. Thank you Forest City! We now have military grade sleeping systems in case we loose power and heat this winter, and the winters to come!
