Biscuits and Gravy are a traditional US food that is typically served for breakfast.
These Biscuits and Gravy are current production and will be manufactured in 2025 by a large military defense contractor. We just purchased a large lot of these direct from a Defense Reutilization Office (DRO) Source. Although actual use is always classified on these kinds of bids, our information is that these are purchased for Executive Branch use, not for our troops in the field. That usually means these go to underground bunkers for continuity of government use by strategic military leaders, congressional members and sometimes even White House staff or leadership.
You can expect to get 25+ years out of them in the can - and probably as many as 30 to 40 since there is no water or oxygen in the can to spoil the product!!!
Preparation: Rehydrate biscuits for 30 minutes in a sealed container. Then pat dry and warm up. Rehydrate gravy in hot water for 10 minutes. Alternatively, break up freeze dried biscuits and pour gravy over it. You get crunchy and soft biscuits that way.
Once opened they will last:
- up to 1 year in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration once opened but not re-hydrated
- up to 60 days in a zip lock bag without refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated.
- up to 5 days in the fridge once they are re-hydrated
These are perfect for storing and using for many years! You can have a great tasting food in minutes with no mess and no waste - and it doesn't matter if the power goes out!!! Perfect for camping, boating, travelling, or at the cabin.

from 155 reviewsStill need a bladder for other H2O holder
The sleeping bag was in good condition and well maintained. Will get more years of service with it
I jumped the Gun when I reviewed the 5pc Load Carrier giving it only 3 stars because I could not adjust the size. Forest City showed me how to do it with a video. The last load carrier I had worn was the Vietnam Era LCE/LBE.
Thank You Forest City for another Great Product!
Still need another hydration bladder for 0ther one i hav
Everything is good. The pack came fast and was in good condition. A little bit of staining on bottom, but barely noticeable.
Products arrived on time as described. Will be shopping here more
Very fair price for a sleep system in great condition, used it the next day to sleep outside below freezing on a camping trip. Performed just like I remember from the Army. Thanks for a great buy!
This is a great service offered by Forest City Supply; the ability to select the grade of your items. I have ordered the same poncho liners from Sportsman Guide for the price of Very Good grade, just to return the liner due to holes and tears. The Good Grade liners make fine dust covers for your spare beds. I am very pleased with my purchase.
It's exactly what it was supposed to be. I needed something to fix my ICS seams where the tape has peeled off. I haven't used the sealant yet but I'll more than likely be buying another complete repair kit just in case I need it and don't have it.
Great condition I'll definitely be a return customer
Great selection of supplies and easy to find. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
