The "issued" MOLLE II Shoulder Straps were exactly as described and pictured, but even better. Very light wear or use, if any at all. The shoulder straps had been in storage but that had no effect on the overall quality (the straps were a little stiff but softened up quickly). Comfortable and serviceable. Outstanding customer service as they were very responsive to my questions on the phone. I will definitely purchase from Forest City again.
The FLC itself looks new, some pouches are in great shape, some need a little cleaning as expected. I needed a replacement for a defective piece I ordered alongside this one, and the owner was very responsive and sent out a perfect quality replacement.
The price was about the same as a carrier with no pouches, so why not? All pieces were in pretty good shape.
I ordered 2 good quality pouches. 1 had a small hole and was clean, the other was a bit stained but in good shape. They have Metal D rings to easily accept a utility strap, and they have snap buttons that line up with the 6 mag bandolier…..which wasn’t intended and is a bit awkward, but it works kinda.

Absolutely awesome, these were exactly what I needed. Every outdoorsman needs a few of these, they weigh almost nothing and really hold the heat.
