Military Issue No-Sew MOLLE II Replacement Buckle Kit

Broken hardware shouldn't take your gear out of the fight. Our No-Sew MOLLE Buckle Kits are the official field repair solution for US Military load-bearing equipment. Designed with "split-bar" slotted technology, these buckles slide directly onto existing sewn webbing loops, allowing you to replace crushed or cracked buckles without cutting stitching or using tools.

These kits meet strict MIL-SPEC requirements for infrared reflectance (IR) and durability, ensuring they hold up under heavy loads and extreme temperatures just like the factory originals.

Available Color Patterns

  • UCP / Foliage Green (NSN: 8465-01-524-7639): Compatible with Universal Camouflage Pattern (ACU) gear, including the standard MOLLE II Rucksack and FLC.
  • OCP / Tan 499 (NSN: 8465-01-585-1540): Compatible with Operational Camouflage Pattern (Multicam/Scorpion W2) gear and Coyote Brown equipment.

What's Included in the Kit

Each kit contains a total of 6 complete buckle sets to cover the most common breakage points on military packs:

  • (4) Sets of 1-inch Buckles:
    • 4x Male Ends (adjustable ladderlock side)
    • 4x Female Ends (slotted "split-bar" side for fixed loop attachment)
  • (2) Sets of 1.5-inch Buckles:
    • 2x Male Ends (adjustable ladderlock side)
    • 2x Female Ends (slotted "split-bar" side for fixed loop attachment)
  • (1) Set of 1-inch Ladderlocks:
    • Strap tension adjustment, commonly found on shoulder straps or sternum straps.
