Protect - KPL Knife Shield™ creates a thin film of corrosion suppressing molecules on metal surfaces. From there the formula interferes with the galvanic corrosion process by shifting corrosion potentials to more noble values, disrupting and preventing the dissolution of metal ions that is key to the chemical processes that create rust and patina.

Cook - Tsubaki (Camellia Oleifera) Oil is an Omega-9-containing natural oil virgin-pressed from the seeds of the oil-seed camellia. Camellia oil is traditionally favored in Japan for preservation of fine tools, swords and cutlery. Camellia is preferred due to its imparting no taste to foods, while also displacing moisture, forming an oxygen barrier and preventing rust and pitting.
Polish - Simichrome metal polish is the highest quality, fine metal polish on the market. Made in Germany, this compounded paste contains extremely fine micron-sized ceramic particles that bring both ferrous and non-ferrous metals to a mirror shine.
Remove - KPL's Rust Eraser Block is a medium-soft rubber eraser that embeds microabrasive particles that make short work of rust spots, pitting and patinas. Simply rub your blade gently with KPL's rust eraser block and watch rust stains vanish in seconds. We recommend starting slowly and rubbing in the direction of any grind marks on your blade!
Detail - KPL Microfiber swabs feature ultra-fine microfiber bristles that grab dirt and dust like magical magnets, removing them far more effectively than cotton swabs. These plastic swabs feature extremely precise 1.0 mm tips allowing them to reach into the finest recesses of your knife with ease.
Clean - Selvyt “MF” microfiber cloths are made from a synthetic polymer that is forced through microscopic spinnerets to create micron-scale fibers that are then woven into an extremely dense, gentle, and hard wearing fabric that is abrasive free, meaning they won’t scratch or remove surface finish or patina.
Maintain - Vibratite is KPL's most recommended threadlocker, curing more quickly and more reliably than competing brands. Vibratite threadlocker is an anaerobic, medium-strength removable threadlocker. To use, simply apply a small drop to each screw, fasten screw to appropriate torque, and allow to cure.
