The Genuine USGI Outdoor Research (OR) AGS Firebrand Mitts in Coyote Brown are engineered specifically for high-altitude, extreme cold weather operations. Originally designed for U.S. military personnel and Special Operations, these "Tier 1" tactical mittens provide uncompromising warmth and elemental protection, making them an essential addition to your winter survival kit, backcountry pack, or extreme weather loadout.
The Firebrand Mitts feature a rugged, waterproof, and highly breathable GORE-TEX® shell that completely locks out snow, sleet, and freezing rain. To keep your hands functional in sub-zero environments, they utilize 170g EnduraLoft™ insulation on the back of the hand for low-bulk warmth, combined with a compression-resistant Moonlite Pile fleece lining on the palm. A water-resistant goat leather palm ensures you maintain a secure, durable grip on your gear, tools, or weapon, even in the harshest conditions.
